Who operates AppOutbid

Information we process
When you submit an app, we process its Google Play or App Store URL and store-specific app ID, then retrieve public metadata such as the app name, icon, description, and developer name. We store that metadata, listing status, aggregate paid total, and aggregate outbound-click total.
When a visitor follows an app link, we record a minimal click event containing the listing identifier and time of redirect. AppOutbid does not store an IP address, account profile, or advertising identifier in its application database for click counting.
Technical data
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information, including IP address, user agent, timestamps, and diagnostic logs, to deliver and protect the service. We do not use this information to turn the public click counter into a unique-user counter.
Cookies and local storage
V1 does not run advertising analytics or require public accounts. The site may store your light or dark theme preference on your device. Essential hosting and security mechanisms may use short-lived technical storage where needed.
Payments
Payments are not active in V1, and AppOutbid does not collect card details. If payments are enabled later, this policy will be updated before live processing begins. Payment details will be handled by the disclosed payment provider under its own privacy terms, while AppOutbid will retain only the order and payment-status information necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Why we use information
- To validate submissions, prevent duplicate store identities, and display listings.
- To rank apps after confirmed payments become available.
- To count real outbound redirects and protect platform integrity.
- To moderate prohibited or unsafe content, diagnose faults, and comply with law.
Sharing and international processing
We use infrastructure providers to host the website and database. We request public metadata from Google Play or Apple's catalog services, and outbound clicks lead to the exact submitted store. Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Listing and transaction records are retained while needed to operate the lifetime leaderboard, resolve disputes, keep accurate financial records, or meet legal obligations. Minimal click-event records may be retained for counting and integrity analysis, then aggregated or deleted when no longer needed. Technical logs follow the hosting provider's security and retention settings.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, or to complain to a regulator. Because most listing information is public store metadata rather than an AppOutbid user profile, we may need enough detail to identify the record connected to your request.
Children and changes
AppOutbid is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's account information. We may revise this policy as the service changes and will publish the updated effective date here.
