What you can list
- Only public Google Play and Apple App Store application URLs are accepted.
- Chat, messaging-group, and invitation links are not allowed.
- Listings for pornographic, NSFW, sexually explicit, or adult-platform content are not allowed.
- Affiliate, referral, advertising, and other tracking query parameters are stripped when a URL is submitted.
- Shortened links, redirect URLs, and destinations outside the two supported stores are rejected.
- Each entry is identified permanently by its store and store app ID: a Google Play package ID or Apple numeric app ID.
- If the same store identity already exists, AppOutbid reuses that listing and lets the submitter add another bid.
- Google Play and App Store versions remain independent listings and never share totals.
How ranking works
- An app's lifetime confirmed paid total determines its position.
- Future confirmed bids add to that app's existing lifetime total.
- A higher lifetime total means a higher position.
- When totals are equal, the app that reached that total first stays above the other.
- You may bid less than the amount needed for #1 and appear lower on the board.
- Only confirmed payments affect rankings. Pending, failed, expired, cancelled, or refunded transactions do not create a successful bid.
- Another confirmed bid may change the order at any time.
Clicks
A click is counted only when AppOutbid sends a visitor through its tracked outbound route directly to that entry's exact Google Play or App Store page. Page views, impressions, hovers, searches, and preview opens do not increase the displayed total.
Moderation
We may hide, block, or remove listings that are prohibited, deceptive, malicious, unlawfully submitted, technically unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate for the platform. Moderation does not guarantee that every listed app is safe, accurate, or suitable for every visitor.
Independence
AppOutbid is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Google Play, Apple, or the App Store.
