Free beta claims
- Claims are currently free. AppOutbid does not require payment, checkout, or a bid amount for a beta claim.
- Each region has one current holder. The latest valid claim recorded by AppOutbid becomes that holder immediately.
- Another valid listing may claim the same region later, so a region placement is not permanent.
- A previous holder may claim the region again later and become the current holder.
- Near-simultaneous claims are ordered by the server and database so only one listing is the latest holder.
Valid listings and identity
- Claims require a public Google Play, Apple App Store, or SaaS/Web product link and a usable logo.
- Each listing is identified by its platform and normalized link identity. Tracking parameters, locale parameters, and App Store storefront paths do not create a new identity.
- Google Play, App Store, and web listings remain separate identities, even when they represent versions of the same product.
- If the same identity already exists, AppOutbid reuses that listing. No store name, description, or developer metadata is required.
- Invalid, unavailable, blocked, misleading, or prohibited listings cannot claim a region.
Clicks and rankings
A click is counted only when AppOutbid sends a visitor through its tracked outbound route to the listing's verified product URL. Map interaction, claims, region opens, shares, page views, and logo loads do not increase redirect counts.
AppOutbid is an independent promotional map. A region claim does not affect store rankings and does not guarantee impressions, clicks, downloads, revenue, security, or a fixed placement duration.
Moderation and fair use
We may hide, block, correct, or remove abusive, deceptive, malicious, unlawfully submitted, sexually explicit, technically unsafe, or otherwise prohibited listings. Repeated automated or excessive claims may be rate-limited. A brand or icon owner may request correction or removal.
Independence
Product URLs and logos may belong to third parties. Display on AppOutbid does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, security review, or an official partnership with the product, company, Google, or Apple.
