Agreement and operator
By using AppOutbid, you agree to these terms and the Rules. The service is operated by UMUR ASLAN, represented by UMUR ASLAN. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
AppOutbid is a digital promotional and discovery service for public Google Play and App Store listings. It validates store links, displays public metadata, ranks eligible listings by lifetime confirmed paid total, and redirects visitors directly to each listing's exact store. AppOutbid does not own, distribute, endorse, or review the listed apps.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering a contract and authorized to promote any app you submit. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, intellectual-property rights, and regulatory compliance of the app and its store listing.
Submissions and moderation
Only eligible public Google Play and App Store application links may be submitted. The combination of store and store app ID is unique; resubmitting it reuses the existing listing. Versions on different stores remain independent. We may reject, hide, block, correct, or remove content under the Rules, in response to a rights complaint, or to protect users and the service.
Bids, orders, and rankings
Payments are not active in V1, so the current interface does not charge users or create paid rankings. When payments are activated, the checkout will identify the exact store listing, price, currency, and service before confirmation. Each verified payment is credited once and added to that listing's existing lifetime total. Pending, unsuccessful, or duplicate callbacks do not change position.
A higher lifetime paid total ranks above a lower one; equal totals retain the order in which they were reached. Rankings are dynamic. A payment purchases digital promotional placement according to these rules, not a guaranteed rank duration, number of impressions, clicks, downloads, revenue, or business result.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the resolver or redirect service; automate deceptive traffic; manipulate click totals; introduce malware; interfere with operation; evade moderation; violate another party's rights; or use AppOutbid unlawfully. We may limit or suspend abusive traffic.
Intellectual property
App and developer names, icons, descriptions, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You grant AppOutbid a limited license to retrieve, cache, resize, and display public listing metadata solely to operate and promote the leaderboard. AppOutbid's own software, branding, and design remain protected by applicable law.
Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but store metadata, third-party networks, and rankings may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, a particular rank duration, traffic, conversion, app quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AppOutbid is not responsible for listed apps, third-party store content, indirect or consequential loss, or outcomes that depend on third parties or changing rankings. Any limitation applies only where lawful and does not restrict liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes, termination, and law
We may update the service and these terms prospectively by publishing a new effective date. You may stop using AppOutbid at any time. We may restrict access for violations or legal and security reasons. These terms are governed by Türkiye, without limiting mandatory rights that apply to you.
